Generic Army Guy (Holistic3D gamejam2022)

This is my first solo game jam and I wanted to focus on brushing up on some of my basic skills for programming in c#, Unfortunately, I was only able to commit 3 days to the project but would have loved to have had more time.

The idea of the game is that you are the new  generic military hero guy, as there are not enough of them at the moment and you are in training, this is your first training simulation.

- The controls - 

A,D - left and right

W - jump

S - hold down to charge super jump

SPACE - interact with buttons

* there are some features that, unfortunately didnt work too well with some of the game mechanics such as the wall hanging feature and the 3d character model, given more time I would have created a unique 3d model with animations to match the wall hanging  mechanic and other animations such as a charging animation for the superjump. There are also a few technical issues with the UI which i just ran out of time to fix and was not able to correctly align the anchor points for the full screen build.

I hope that you enjoy the challenge of the platforming in the game and as a heads up it is possible to become stuck in a loop of the same 2 levels........ this is an intentional feature and was included to be inline with the theme of that wasnt supposed to happen. I dont want to give away too much but theres also a secret button that is defiantly not supposed to appear either hahahah
